This integration sends channel messages in Slack for new StoryXpress form responses.

How to set up an in-video form in StoryXpress? 1. Goto videos section in StoryXpress dashboard and select a video: https://storyxpress.co/studio/videos/recorded/1 2. Select "forms" in "Call-to-action" and create a new form. 3. Note the form field order number where you are asking for the client's email ID. 4. Set the timing and save the form.

Goto Zapier, select StoryXpress, and set up the following- Trigger Event: New form response Choose an account: Connect your StoryXpress account with Zapier Select video: Find the video you selected in Step 1
Click on the + icon to set up the action for this zap, select Slack, and set up the following- Action Event: Send channel message Choose an account: Connect your Slack account with Zapier

Now carefully select the values for the required fields. Finally, test and review your zap before making it live.
