Supported triggers and actions
Zapier helps you create workflows that connect your apps to automate repetitive tasks. A trigger is an event that starts a workflow, and an action is an event a Zap performs.
Triggers when a client accepts an estimate. Acceptance happens in the Projul app or on the client's portal link and can never be done through an integration, so this is how an automation learns a job was won. Map "Estimate value" for the amount.
Triggers when a new client is added to Projul. A lead that matched an existing client does NOT fire this — Projul recognised them, so use Client Updated for that.
Triggers immediately when a lead is created in Projul. A lead is a project in a lead stage, so this fires on new projects whose status is one of the eight lead statuses.
Triggers when any project is created in Projul — including leads, which are projects in a lead stage. Filter on Stage if you only want one kind, or use New Lead / Lead Converted to Job for those specifically.
Triggers when a task changes in Projul — rescheduled, reassigned, renamed, or completed. Completion arrives here: filter on "Is completed" to run only when work finishes.

Triggers when a person creates an estimate in Projul. The hidden "ghost" estimates Projul keeps behind some projects for cost tracking do not fire this. Only real, user-created estimates do.
Triggers when a message is posted on a project, task, client, or estimate — including the client conversation. Filter on Channel or "Is client conversation" to narrow it. Projul cannot send a client message through an integration, so this is read-only.
