Send zsign envelopes for signature from new Google Forms responses

When a form already collects someone's name and email, sending them an agreement shouldn't take another manual step. Each time a new Google Forms response comes in, this automation sends a zsign envelope for signature to the person who filled it out, using the PDF you provide.

Note: During setup, match the name and email questions from your form and add a PDF with zsign signature fields. Each envelope sent uses one zsign credit.
