Create contacts and info request cards in LawPay for new Google Forms responses

This Zap allows you to create a contact based on a new Google Form response. It will automatically trigger when a user fills out and submits a form in Google Forms, carrying out contact creation in LawPay and sending an email to the contact's email address to request their payment information.
