Create proofs in Proofer from new files in folders in Google Drive

Send out proofs to customers whenever files are uploaded in Google Drive. Files need to have order numbers as the first element of the file name, e.g. "#1024.jpg" or "1024_revision_1.png". Use an underscore between the order number and any other information in the file name. Make sure to turn on "link sharing" for the folder in Google Drive.
