When a client's details change in Precise Petcare — new email, new phone, corrected address — this Zap automatically pushes the update to Critter so contact info stays accurate across both systems. The update overwrites existing values in Critter (unlike the new-client Zap, which fills in missing fields only), so use this one when you need Precise Petcare to be the source of truth for client contact details. Clients are matched first by Precise Petcare ID, then by email, then by name, so renames and email changes resolve to the same Critter customer. Pair it with the new-client Zap to efficiently cover the full Precise Petcare client lifecycle.
