New or Updated Deliveries automatically changes Organisation type to Customer
This automation automatically changes the organisation type in webCRM to customer if you create or update a delivery connected to it.
*Note: In the "Create or Update Organisation" step, use Organisation id as search field and search value. And please write the value that you use to mark an organisation as a customer in its corresponding field. For example: "Customer" in field Organisation Type. Please note that this value has to be written exactly the same as it is defined in webCRM, even down to upper and lower case.
Create Follow-up Activities in webCRM from new LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms leads
Automatically import new leads from LinkedIn to webCRM when you receive new form responses from selected LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms. A new organization and contact will be created/updated in webCRM, and a follow-up Activity will also be created.
Note: Zapier looks if the organization and contact person already exist in webCRM, and if they do it only creates a new Activity. Please set the appropriate values to identify if the organization and contact person already exist in webCRM
Add new webCRM newsletter contact persons as subscribers in Mailchimp
Avoid manually updating your Mailchimp audience by using this integration. It will automatically add new or updated contacts marked as receiving a newsletter from webCRM to the selected Mailchimp audience.
Note: If the email address already exists in Mailchimp, webCRM won't update it. This is to avoid re-subscribing a person that has already unsubscribed in Mailchimp. In the Filter step, please make sure that you are using the correct check box that you use for marking newsletter subscription in webCRM.
Add new deliveries from webCRM as Excel spreadsheet rows
This automation adds new deliveries in webCRM to an online Excel sheet as rows. This is perfect if you wish to do more advanced data analysis of your sale orders, that only Excel can do.
Note: A "Delay After Queue" and a "Find or Create Row" is added in the Zap in order to avoid duplicates being created when delivery is updated in webCRM.
Create webCRM contacts from Simplero purchases
When you receive new Simplero purchases they will automatically be added to webCRM as new contacts. If the Organization name and/or the Contact person already exist in webCRM they will only be updated. An Activity is also created in webCRM, if you, for example, want to follow-up on the purchase, or if you just wish to have the purchase logged as a completed Activity in webCRM.
Note: In webCRM contact persons' names are divided into first and last, therefore two Zapier formatters are added in order to split the Simplero contact full name into first and last . We recommend that you use email to search for existing person in webCRM. In "Create Activity"-step you can define when and what type of activity you would like to create.
Create Signature Requests from new Order confirmation documents in webCRM
Automate the document signing process using this integration. When a new PDF file is generated containing a webCRM order, it will be sent to the order contact person to be signed and executed.
Note: If you whish to have the signed document returned to webCRM you need to create another automation with Zapier. There is a another template that you can use for this. You also need to do some configuration in your webCRM System. Please contact your local webCRM Support.
Update webCRM documents when they have been signed in Signaturit
Automatically upload newly signed documents with into your webCRM account with this integration. Executed documents from Signaturit will automatically update the source document in webCRM and send an email to the responsible user.
Note: Identifier field for document should be file name. This automation requires some configuration in your webCRM System. Please contact your local webCRM support
Send confirmation emails to contact persons when they have submitted info on a webCRM landing page
This automation is perfect if you want to send automatic confirmation emails to contact persons that submits info on a webCRM landing page. The webCRM Activity that a submission creates will trigger the email confirmation to the contact person.
Note: Make sure to set-up your landingpage in webCRM so that it creates an Activity with a unique description. And in Zapier edit the Filter step according to this description
Add new or updated webCRM documents to Dropbox
When you upload a new document, or update an existing one, it will automatically be added to the Dropbox folder with the same name or id as the organization.
Note: There must exist a Dropbox folder with the same name or id (for example, system id or customer number) as the organization in webCRM. (You can create another automation with Zapier that automatically adds a folder with name or id from a newly created Organization in webCRM.)
Create Activities in webCRM when LiveChat chats end
With this automation new finished LiveChat chats are automatically created as Activities in webCRM. It makes it easy for your sales department or customer service to follow up on chats in webCRM, and you save the chat history in webCRM so that you do not miss any valuable information.
*Note: the visitor's email address is used to find an existing contact in webCRM. If no contact is found, the Activity is created under a default organization that you define"
