To help produce satisfied, happy customers on your store, you can use industry-standard NPS surveys to gather feedback, analyze and improve customer satisfaction. This integration automates this process and will link your WooCommerce store to the SightMill NPS platform. It's quick and easy to setup and will let you automatically send out an email survey to a new customer after every new order is placed on your store. You can configure an optional delay before sending out a survey (depending on your delivery process).
