Create DevOps tasks for new Sally appointment summaries

Transferring to-dos gathered in technical discussions to DevOps is an often frustrating and tedious ordeal for development teams. But with this Zap in place, when a new Sally appointment is successfully summarized, to-dos extracted from the appointment are immediately transferred to Microsoft DevOps as tasks. This frees up time to focus on implementation, rather than transferring to-dos by hand.
