What Quotient Triggers and Actions are Supported?

Supported Triggers#

  • Quote Sent - Triggers when a New Quote is first Sent.
  • Customer Asked Question - Triggers when a Customer asks a New Question.
  • Customer Viewed Quote - Triggers every time a Customer views a Quote.Note: Concurrent views within a 6 hour period will fire a trigger on the first-view only.
  • Quote Accepted - Triggers when a Quote is Accepted.
  • Quote Declined - Triggers when a Quote is Declined.

  • Create Lead - Creates a new Lead.
  • Create Contact - Creates a new Contact.

How to Get Started with Quotient on Zapier

To get started with Quotient on Zapier, first you will need to click to connect your Quotient account to use with your Zap.

Click to connect Quotient

You’ll now be asked to log into your Quotient account (unless you are already logged in).

Login to Quotient

Finally, you will be asked to give Zapier permission to access your account. Click “Allow access toQuotient” to continue.

Authorize Quotient on Zapier

If all steps were successful your Quotient account will now be successfully connected.
