Block leads from receiving auto follow up sequences in Instantly.ai for new SavvyCal bookings

If a SavvyCal booking has been made by a lead before they watch a video, this integration will update them with the "meeting booked" status in the main campaign and add them as "completed" in the auto follow up campaign. They will be correctly assigned based on the criteria. Finally, they will be added to a block list to prevent them from being added to the auto follow up campaign once a lead views their video. This is to prevent a message from being sent up when the video is viewed.
