Learn whether the email addresses associated with your Zendesk users are valid with NeverBounce. When a new user is created in your Zendesk account, NeverBounce verifies whether the email address associated with the contact is valid. Once a result code — valid, invalid, disposable, catch-all, unknown — is returned for the email address, the existing contact is updated with a tag containing the result code in your Zendesk account.

  3. Zapier updates the Zendesk user and makes the tags field the previous tag from step 1, followed by a comma, then the NeverBounce result code
