SurveyGizmo is great for gathering information, but it isn't always easy to take action on what you collect. This Zapier automation makes it easy by creating new tickets in Zendesk for every new response submitted with SurveyGizmo. Now, you can survey your customers, and create tickets when their responses include problems you need to fix.

Note: This Zapier integration doesn't create Zendesk tickets for existing SurveyGizmo responses, only new ones after you've set it up.

How It Works

  1. A new survey response is submitted with SurveyGizmo
  2. Zapier creates a new ticket in Zendesk with the form information
