Antic Screen Printing in Austin, Texas is all about the customer experience. And in order to make things as seamless as possible for their customers, they needed a seamless experience for their own workflows too. That's why they chose Zapier.

To stand out, Antic needed to send quotes to customers as quickly as possible.

We wanted them to be able to fill out a form online and within a couple of hours receive their quote. This was a way we could stand out in the market against other screen printers in Austin.

"With Zapier, we get to see that things are consistent and happening over and over, and then decide on a solution for it, and then Zapier takes over," Stefanie said. "And we just have less small tasks on our plate."
