The trick is to type https://www.reddit.com/domain/ in your address bar, followed by the URL for your website. For example: if you wanted to see every link to Zapier.com, you'd type https://reddit.com/domain/zapier.com. Like this:

This is useful enough, if you're willing to check the page regularly. But it gets better: you can also get an RSS feed for this page by adding .rss to the end of your domain page. For example: https://reddit.com/domain/zapier.com.rssis the RSS feed for Zapier.com links on Reddit.
