Customer service software is reactive. It's for when your customers are already mad and angrily typing in all caps about how your product is ruining their life. But some users feel that the tool is complex and, depending on your needs, can involve an especially lengthy setup. And others have mentioned that the Salesforce integration can be finicky. While it might lack some of the sheer depth in reporting found in top-tier enterprise tools and requires knowing how to work around occasional quirks, Vitally hits the sweet spot for teams focused squarely on leveraging product data to boost adoption and reduce churn.
