Send Gmail Emails from Google Calendar

  2. Then do thisStep 2: Send Email

Ever wanted to send delayed emails from your Gmail account? This automation will let you do just that. You’ll setup a previous Zap with the delay you want in Google Calendar, and when it’s up, this Zap will send out an email from your Gmail account.

Note: This Zap was designed to work along with the Delay Actions from Google Spreadsheet action zap to help you make a drip email campaign with Zapier, but could work with any delay trigger Zap that includes email addresses.

How it Works

When your calendar event hits its scheduled time, Zapier will send the data from your original app to this Zap which will then use that data to send an email from your Gmail account.

What You Need

  • A Google Calendar with email data
  • A Gmail account
