As we wrap up the year, we've been focused on something that matters to every team building with automation: clarity and control. This month's updates make it easier to understand what's happening inside your systems, adjust them confidently, and keep work moving without surprises.
You'll see that theme across everything we shipped—from a redesigned Admin Center to easier agent iteration, smoother troubleshooting, and clearer billing notifications. These improvements help you spend less time hunting down settings or debugging, and more time building the workflows that move your organization forward.
Let's take a look at what's new.
Table of contents:
Admin center: All your admin controls in one place

If you've ever tried to find a specific security or approval setting and wondered, wait… where was that again?, the new Admin Center is built for you, and it's now live for all multi-user plans.
Instead of scattering governance tools across different pages, we've brought them into one organized, dedicated space. You can now jump straight to approval settings, connection controls, member management, and more—without digging through older menus or remembering obscure navigation paths.
The result: you spend less time chasing settings and more time ensuring your team uses automation in a safe, structured way.
Adobe Workfront: New actions and triggers

If Workfront powers your project or content workflows, we've expanded what you can automate. The new integration gives you fresh triggers and actions—like creating projects, updating them, or uploading documents—so you can move work through your process with fewer manual steps.
Whether you're managing creative production or coordinating cross-functional projects, these new capabilities help you streamline repeated tasks and reduce handoff friction.
Workday: More actions and triggers

Workday users now have nine new finance-focused triggers and actions to support automated supplier management, invoice workflows, payment tracking, and expense report handling.
This helps finance and operations teams cut down on manual data entry, reduce turnaround time, and streamline approval flows—all without relying on engineering resources.
Agents: Strengthened security with expanded SOC 2 readiness

We've reached the final steps of SOC 2 readiness for Zapier Agents. As part of this work, we aligned our data export process with the same Zapier-wide export pathway you're already familiar with, and we improved our data deletion systems behind the scenes.
These improvements give you clearer insight into how your agent data is handled and set a strong security foundation for teams building more advanced AI workflows.
Agents: Iterate confidently with "drafts" and "published" agents

We've heard it loud and clear: when you update an agent's instructions, you shouldn't have to lose the version that was working before.
Draft and published versions are now available as a beta for all agents, with a full release coming at the end of the year. With versioning, you'll be able to:
Keep production versions stable
Work safely in drafts
Track what changed and when
Switch between versions without stress
Versioning helps you experiment freely—without worrying about breaking something that already works.
Agents: Enhanced troubleshooting for agent steps in Zaps

When an agent step in a Zap needed attention, the Editor didn't always make that obvious. Now, Zaps will show a clear needs review state—just like Human-in-the-Loop steps—so you instantly know what’s blocking a run.
You can also view agent instructions right inside the editor and move between the agent and its Zap more easily. These changes take the frustration out of debugging and give you a clearer mental model of how everything fits together.
Agents: Copilot differences and checkpoints

Copilot in Agents is helpful—until it changes something you didn't expect. Now, every Copilot update to an agent creates a checkpoint, along with a view that shows you exactly what was added, removed, or rewritten.
You can roll back changes with one click or restore specific pieces while keeping others. This gives you both the speed of AI assistance and the confidence of knowing you're still in control.
MCP: Share tool bundles instantly

Setting up MCP tools shouldn't feel like rebuilding the same library over and over. With Tool Bundle Sharing, you can create a bundle once and share it via link—making it easy for teammates to import all the tools they need in one go.
Everyone connects their own accounts, so credentials stay private, but the setup effort drops dramatically. It's a simple way to help your whole team hit the ground running.
Human-in-the-loop: Get feedback from "guest" reviewers

Sometimes the person who needs to approve something isn't part of your Zapier workspace—and now that's no problem. With guest reviewers, anyone with a Zapier account can complete a Human-in-the-Loop approval step through a secure link.
This makes it easier to involve external collaborators, partners, or stakeholders without giving them full access to your Zaps.
Canvas: Explain workflows more clearly with images

Canvas now supports pasted and drag-and-drop images, so you can show what you mean—not just describe it. Whether it's a screenshot, a diagram, or a visual reference, adding images makes it easier for others to understand how your workflow works.
It's a small quality-of-life upgrade that goes a long way when documenting or collaborating on automations.
Billing: Stay on top of usage with clearer billing notifications

Task-usage notifications have been refreshed to make them easier to understand at a glance. The new emails and in-app prompts use clearer language, improved visuals, and a dynamic usage bar that reflects your actual plan limits.
We've also added new notification points (including an 80% warning) so you can make informed decisions early—before your workflows are impacted.
Wrapping up
This month's updates are all about helping you build with more clarity and confidence. Whether you're an admin setting guardrails, a builder iterating on agents, or a teammate documenting workflows, you now have more tools and visibility to support the way you work.
