Complete automation control: Multi-Product Experience, Admin Center, and comprehensive Audit Logs

By Kelsey Rentschler · September 24, 2025

Managing enterprise automation shouldn't feel like herding cats. Yet for most teams, that's exactly what it feels like—fragmented tools scattered across different interfaces, permissions that change depending on the product, and governance challenges at every turn.

Enterprise teams know this pain intimately. When employees leave or go on vacation, their automations become inaccessible, forcing entire departments into manual workarounds. Each Zapier product operates in its own silo with different sharing models, making it impossible to organize related assets together. And when auditors come calling? Admins spend hours piecing together compliance reports from scattered logs, with no central view of who's using what.

These fragmentation issues create real business risk: lost productivity, security vulnerabilities, compliance gaps, and extended downtime when things break.

Today, that changes. Zapier is rolling out three transformative features that bring enterprise-grade control to your automation platform: Zapier’s Multi-Product Experience for all plans, plus Admin Center for Enterprise plans, and updated Audit Logs for both Teams and Enterprise plans.

Multi-Product Experience: Everything in One Place

The Unified Interface

The Multi-Product Experience represents a fundamental shift in how all Zapier users will manage automation. Instead of jumping between five separate interfaces, you'll find Zaps, Tables, Interfaces, Canvas, Chatbots, and Agents together in one unified view.

This isn't just a cosmetic change—it's a complete reimagining of asset management. You can now create multi-product folders that organize related assets by function, not product type. Imagine a "Customer Onboarding" folder containing your welcome zaps, customer tables, onboarding interfaces, and support chatbot, all with consistent sharing and change ownership across every product.

Critical for enterprise governance: Owners and Super Admins now have complete visibility and control over all account assets by default. They can see into all folders, triage issues instantly, and transfer ownership when needed. You can promote as many users to Super Admin as necessary for effective governance—no more single points of failure when key employees are unavailable. This deeper visibility means organizations can finally provide the oversight enterprises require while teams maintain their autonomy.

Important rollout note: New customers get immediate access to the Multi-Product Experience. All existing customers—from Free to Enterprise—will migrate in phases.

Admin Center: Your Control Hub

The Dashboard

While the Multi-Product Experience benefits everyone, the Admin Center is built specifically for enterprise needs. No more hunting through avatar dropdown menus for buried enterprise features—your admin hub now sits prominently in main navigation where it belongs.

The Admin Center brings together previously scattered enterprise features in one organized dashboard. Governance controls for AI tools and app connections are finally discoverable. Approval workflows ensure the right oversight. User management consolidates in one location instead of being scattered across products.

Expanded Audit Logs

Audit Logs are expanding dramatically for Teams and Enterprise customers. Audit Logs for now track changes across all products—Tables, Interfaces, Chatbots, Canvas, Agents, and Global Variables—in one searchable location. For enterprise customers who need comprehensive compliance documentation and long-term record retention, this expansion transforms how you demonstrate governance.

What's new with Audit Logs:

  • Expanded coverage: Asset creation, updates, and deletion across all GA products, not just Zaps

  • User events: Login activity and member additions to accounts

  • New location: Moving from Settings to the prominent Admin Center

  • Global Variables tracking: Finally see who changed that critical variable that broke your workflow

This isn't just about faster troubleshooting—it's about meeting compliance requirements without the archaeological dig through scattered logs.

What This Means for Your Organization

The Multi-Product Experience delivers organizational benefits for teams at every level—from startups to enterprises. But when combined with the Admin Center and Audit Logs, enterprise customers get the complete governance package they've been demanding.

For Admins, this means centralized control through the Admin Center and visibility through expanded Audit Logs. Department leaders can organize automation assets in unified folders while maintaining appropriate sharing boundaries. Teams can collaborate on workflows with consistent permissions across all products.

Together, these features deliver what enterprise teams have been waiting for: complete visibility into your automation infrastructure and the governance tools to manage it effectively.

Explore the Admin Center today to experience your new command center and expanded Audit Logs. We're excited to see how you'll transform your automation governance!
