So you've created a Facebook lead ad and the leads are starting to roll in. But how are you supposed to actually see the potential customer information these ads are gathering?

You can download your leads at any time as a CSV (comma separated variables) document, or you can automatically send them to other applications using Zapier. Here's how.

Download Your Facebook Lead Ad Leads as a CSV File

You can download your leads at any time. Head to your Facebook Page, then click Publishing tools.

Next click Lead Ads Forms.

This will open the Forms Library. From here you can download the leads for any of your ongoing forms.

The leads will come as a CSV file, which you can open using Excel, Apple's Numbers, or LibreOffice. You can also import CSV files to Google Sheets if you prefer.

Note that leads expire after 90 days, at which point you can no longer download them. Be sure to download your leads right after any campaign ends to avoid losing them entirely.

Automatically Download Your Facebook Lead Ad Leads

Don't want to go through the effort of manually downloading your leads? With Zapier you can connect your Facebook lead ads with 1,000+ apps, so you don't have to manually download and import them.

The obvious use case here is sending the contact information to your CRM, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.

You could also send the information to Google Sheets or Excel, for future reference.

Or, if you prefer, you could instantly get Facebook lead ad notifications on Slack, email, or SMS.
