Email Zoom meeting links to new Calendly invitees with Microsoft Outlook and add them as Maximizer leads

Set up this automation, and it will handle your booking confirmations with customers. Once activated, whenever a new event invitee appears in Calendly, this automation will create a Zoom meeting and send a meeting invitation to your customer via Microsoft Outlook. It will also generate a lead in Maximizer for the Calendly invitee, eliminating manual work and ensuring your sales team stays on top of customer communication.
