If you're using Schedule It and Zoom, this Zap will create a new Zoom meeting when a new Schedule It event is added to a resource/tag you choose. You can create a resource in Schedule It called Zoom Meetings, then all events added here will create the meeting in Zoom automatically. You could also add an extra step to update the event with the new Zoom meeting URL into the events notes.
