Aha! Integration Details

Launched on Zapier October 6, 2014

Every project goes through a series of crucial development stages before launching, and together, Aha! and Zapier can be sure the process is documented efficiently and consistently. Aha! and Zapier will streamline your workflow: Aha! tracks all elements of the product roadmap—including vision, strategies, and execution—while Zapier ensures all of that information automatically gets to Aha! and is sent to other apps you use.

Here are some creative ways to use Aha! with Zapier:

  • Apps don't always match cross-functionally. If another team is using Asana or JIRA, Zapier can send ideas from Aha! to those apps to be sure everyone is on the same page.
  • Put all stakeholder feedback to good use. Zapier can send specific emails you receive to Aha! so you don't need to transfer them yourself.
  • Don't overlook social media a resource for product development ideas. If a Twitter user chimes in with a feature request, Zapier can turn it into a new Aha! idea.

Zapier combines Triggers (like "New Activity") and Actions (like "Create Feature") to complete an action in one app when a trigger occurs in another app. These combos—called "Zaps"—complete your tasks automatically.

The following Aha! Triggers, Searches, and Actions are supported by Zapier:

New Activity

Triggers when there is new activity.

New Feature

Triggers when a feature is sent to Zapier by a user in Aha!

Create Feature

Creates a new feature for a release.

Create Idea

Creates a new idea.
