To set up an integration, you'll first need to connect both your Affinity and Airtable accounts to our platform. Once connected, you can create a Zap by selecting a trigger event in Affinity—such as a new contact being added—and an action in Airtable, like creating a new record. The frequency of data sync depends on your specific plan with us. However, generally it runs every 5 to 15 minutes for most use cases, ensuring that your data remains up-to-date without significant delays.

Most standard field types such as text, numbers, dates, and emails can be mapped between Affinity and Airtable without any issues. However, complex fields like multiselect or attachments might require special handling or additional steps to ensure proper mapping.
