Yes, you can set filters within the Zap setup process. By defining specific conditions or criteria, only contacts that meet those conditions will be synced from Contacts+ to Microsoft Outlook.

Are there any limitations on the number of contacts I can sync between the two platforms?

Our platform does not impose limitations on the number of contacts you can sync; however, you should check any limitations that may exist within either Contacts+ or Microsoft Outlook itself regarding storage capacity or allowable entries.
