How Lattice builds AI fluency across the middle 60% of its employees
Employees who already excitedly use AI, usually ~20% of your workforce, rarely need much encouragement. They are testing tools, building workflows, and sharing what they learn.
Lattice concentrates on the middle 60%: employees who want to use AI but still need help understanding where it fits in their work, which tools to choose, and what good AI use looks like.
Lattice spent a year testing ways to close that AI activation gap, including internal training, external courses, team workshops, manager programs, vendor-led sessions, and new ways to share experiments. It used those lessons to build a more deliberate AI activation strategy and a People + AI Fluency Framework.
Individual skills matter, but Lattice treats the team as the place where fluency turns into changed work. Employees learn together, choose shared workflow problems, and make time to build.
Join Mollie Duffy, Lattice's Director of People & Org Development, and Noel Banerjee, Senior Learning & Development Program Manager, for a practical look at how Lattice focuses on the middle 60%.
They'll explain what Lattice tried, what stuck, what didn't, and how the program evolved. The discussion will also cover what People teams can do to help AI fluency spread beyond early adopters.
This session is for People, Talent, Learning and Development, HR Operations, and AI transformation teams responsible for helping employees use AI in their daily work.

Claude for Small Business + Zapier MCP: Connect Claude to the apps your business runs on
Every small business runs differently. Each has its own mix of tools, processes, and ways of getting work done. AI becomes more useful when it can work within that reality.
Claude for Small Business comes with skills powered by a set of native app integrations. Those integrations provide a strong starting point, but many businesses also depend on many other apps like: specialized CRMs, invoicing platforms, project management tools, and industry-specific software.
Zapier MCP extends Claude for Small Business to 9,000+ apps and 40,000+ actions. Once connected, Claude can take configured actions in the tools your business already uses, directly from a conversation.
A construction company, for example, might use a specialized CRM for lead follow-up. If that CRM is available through Zapier, Claude can use Zapier MCP to adapt the lead follow-up process around it. The owner keeps the system that works for the business while gaining a simpler way to operate it through Claude.
Join Lina Ochman, Anthropic's Head of U.S. SMB, and Rex Harris, Zapier's Sr. Product Manager of Platform, for a conversation about Claude for Small Business and a live demonstration of Zapier MCP. They will connect Claude to an app, build a working automation, and show how to adapt the same approach to your business.
Save your seat. The recording, prompts, templates, and setup guide will be shared with registrants.
