Originally from Minneapolis and now in Houston, Ben has been covering AI and automation topics for Zapier since 2024. His natural storytelling abilities allow him to take even the most complex subjects and make them relatable and understandable to the target audience. When he's not writing content, you can find him at a brewery, enjoying the outdoors, or experiencing the joy (but more realistically, heartbreak) of Minnesota sports.
