Use the Zapier Chrome extension to start workflows from your browser. Before continuing, be sure to install the extension, then come back here to setup your Zap.

Enter additional fields you would like to include when triggering your Zap. For example, you may want a field for “Due date” when adding to your to do list. Check out this example to understand what additional fields you may want to include.

Enter the name of the presentation you want to search for.

You must have at least one "Last Modified Time" type column in your Table in order to use this Trigger. Learn more about those here.

When this column changes to a new timestamp, your Zap will trigger on the corresponding record. Note: Must be a Last Modified Time column type.

Filter on updates to a specific View in your Table.

Returns an extra File field with file contents. Set this field to Yes if you have trouble with Airtable file URLs expiring. File contents greater than 100MB will cause an error.

Specify a short title that will be displayed above the message

Enter the message you would like to display in the Chrome extension after your Zap runs. It can include data from previous steps and formatting with simple markdown for bold, italics, and even links. For example, **bold text**, *italic text*, [some link text](https://www.example.com).

The name of the presentation that will be created.

If yes, the new presentation will be viewable by anyone who has the link to it.

Select an existing presentation. (Do not use a "Custom Value" here.)

If that presentation contains placeholder variables like {{name}} or {{email}}, they will show up as fields below.

To use images, create a text box in your template presentation that contains a variable. (e.g. {{company_logo}}) Then below, enter an image URL that starts with http:// or https:// and links to a PNG, JPEG or GIF.

Requests can only be made to domains associated by this application.

These params will be URL-encoded and appended to the URL when making the request.

Authentication headers are included automatically

Zapier will apply these optional headers and values to the request in addition to any headers created as part of the authentication mechanism.

Zapier will pass this along raw. If you would like to provide complex JSON, try a "Code by Zapier" step to build the structure and pass it along here. For example, {"foo": "bar"} is perfectly valid.
