Zapier Product Benefits for Partners (ZPB) Terms

Posted Date: May 1, 2026

Zapier Product Benefits for Partners (“ZPB”) is invitation-only access available to select Zapier solution, integration, and other partners (“Company”). ZPB provides access to premium Zapier features, which may include, as applicable, core Zapier functionality, Tables, Interfaces, and Chatbots, or select Powered by Zapier capabilities at no cost to Company for purposes of client scoping, proof of concepts, and demos.

If invited to join ZPB, Company must agree to these Zapier Product Benefits for Partners Terms (“Terms”). If Company is unwilling to agree to these Terms, Company is not permitted to join or otherwise use ZPB.

1. Terms of Service

Company agrees to Zapier’s Terms of Service (“TOS”), which are incorporated by reference.

2. Purpose

Company will only use ZPB for the following purposes (together, the “Purpose”):

A. Client Scoping. Providing preliminary internal assessments of whether the features and capabilities of Zapier would meet its needs or the needs of a current or potential client of Company.  This includes testing Zapier functionality.

B. Proof of Concepts.  Preparing sample or demonstration workflows to present internally or to a client about how the features or capabilities of Zapier could meet its needs or such client’s needs.  This can include sales presentations or marketing partners, consistent with any obligations of confidentiality to Zapier.

C. Demos. Preparing and conducting live or recorded demos for potential or current clients of Company, consistent with any obligations of confidentiality to Zapier.

3. Restrictions

Company may only use ZPB for the Purpose and not for any other purposes, including other commercial ones. If Company needs to use Zapier outside of the Purpose, including as a Zapier customer to create/develop automation workflows in support of its business (other than the permitted ones referenced above), Company must use its personal Zapier account for such purpose, including if necessary, upgrading that account to a currently offered paid plan, which may be viewed at: http://zapier.com/pricing.

4. Ownership

ZPB workspaces are owned and operated by Zapier, with access granted exclusively to qualifying users.

5. Violations

In the event that Zapier determines that an account is being used outside of the Purpose, Zapier reserves all rights, including revoking access to ZPB or removal from the Company program.

6. Data

Because ZPB may only be used for the Purpose, and ZPB workspaces are owned and operated by Zapier, Company agrees not to submit any production data through workflows or other functions of ZPB workspaces.  Company further agrees that for program management purposes, the Zapier Partnerships team has access to workflows and other data created or transferred within ZPB workspaces and that Company does not have the expectation of privacy that it would with a Zapier customer account.

7. As-Is and Modifications to Terms

ZPB is provided on an "as-is" basis. Zapier reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this benefit at any time, with or without notice.  Zapier may also update these ZPB terms at any time, and Company can always find the most current version on this webpage.

8. Beta Release

ZPB is a Beta Release and the provisions of Section 11(e) (Beta Release) of the TOS are specifically incorporated by reference.  In particular, Zapier is not and will not be liable for any workflows or data uploaded or otherwise transmitted through ZPB workspaces.  Company acknowledges and assumes full responsibility for their workflows and any associated data stored in ZPB workspaces.

9. Access

In certain instances, ZPB may permit Company to invite other users to ZPB workspaces. In such instances, Company may invite members of its Company team to the ZPB workspaces (who will be asked to agree to these terms as well in order to maintain their access), but may not add anyone who is not a member of Company’s team. Zapier will be auditing membership in ZPB workspaces, non-team members will be removed at Zapier’s discretion, and attempts to add non-team members may result in removal from ZPB or the applicable partnership program.
