Zapier Product Benefits for Partners (ZPB) Terms

Zapier Product Benefits for Partners (“ZPB”) is an invitation-only workspace available to select Zapier solution partners (“Solution Partners”). ZPB provides access to premium Zapier features such as core Zapier features, Tables, Interfaces, and Chatbots at no cost to the Solution Partner for purposes of client scoping, proof of concepts, and demos.
If invited to join ZPB, Solution Partner must agree to these Zapier Product Benefits for Partners Terms (“Terms”). If Solution Partner is unwilling to agree to these Terms, Solution Partner is not permitted to join or otherwise use ZPB.
1. Terms of Service
Solution Partner agrees to Zapier’s Terms of Service (“TOS”), which are incorporated by reference.
2. Purpose
Solution Partner will only use ZPB for the following purposes (together, the “Purpose”):
A. Client Scoping. Providing preliminary internal assessments of whether the features and capabilities of Zapier would meet the needs of a current or potential client of Solution Partner. This includes testing Zapier functionality.
B. Proof of Concepts. Preparing sample or demonstration workflows to present internally or to a client about how the features or capabilities of Zapier could meet that client’s needs. This can include sales presentations or marketing partners.
C. Demos. Preparing and conducting live or recorded demos for potential or current clients of Solution Partner.
3. Restrictions
Solution Partner may only use ZPB for the Purpose and not for any other purposes, including other commercial ones. If Solution Partner needs to use Zapier outside of the Purpose, including as a Zapier customer to create/develop automation workflows in support of its business (other than the permitted ones referenced above), Solution Partner must use its personal Zapier account for such purpose, including if necessary, upgrading that account to a currently offered paid plan, which may be viewed at: http://zapier.com/pricing.
4. Ownership
The ZPB workspace is owned and operated by Zapier, with access granted exclusively to qualifying users.
5. Violations
In the event that Zapier determines that an account is being used outside of the Purpose, Zapier reserves all rights, including revoking access to ZPB or removal from the Solution Partner program.
6. Data
Because ZPB may only be used for the Purpose, and the ZPB workspace is owned and operated by Zapier, Solution Partner agrees not to submit any production data through workflows created within the ZPB workspace. Solution Partner further agrees that for program management purposes, the Zapier Partnerships team has access to workflows created within the ZPB workspace and that Solution Partner does not have the expectation of privacy that it would with a Zapier customer account.
7. As-Is and Modifications to Terms
ZPB is provided on an "as-is" basis. Zapier reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this benefit at any time, with or without notice. Zapier may also update these ZPB terms at any time, and Solution Partner can always find the most current version on this webpage.
8. Beta Release
ZPB is a Beta Release and the provisions of Section 11(e) (Beta Release) of the TOS are specifically incorporated by reference. In particular, Zapier is not and will not be liable for any workflows or data that run through the ZPB workspace. Solution Partner acknowledges and assumes full responsibility for their workflows and any associated data stored in the ZPB workspace.
9. Access
ZPB permits Solution Partners to invite other users to the workspace. Solution Partner may invite members of its Solution Partner team to the workspace (who will be asked to agree to these terms as well in order to maintain their access), but may not add anyone who is not a member of Solution Partner’s team. Zapier will be auditing membership in the workspace, non-team members will be removed at Zapier’s discretion, and attempts to add non-team members may result in removal from ZPB or the Solution Partner program.
