Freelancer - Zapier Blog

We're growing our team of blog freelancers, individuals who excel at writing in-depth, engaging content. We don't need frequent contributions from our writers, but instead expect thorough deep dives on a topic. Our bar for quality is high and we compensate accordingly. Most of our freelancers contribute one 3,000-word post per month.

Half of the members of our marketing team started as blog freelancers, so if you're interested in working full-time for Zapier, this is a great first step.

About the Zapier Blog

The Zapier Blog helps professionals work smarter.

Authored by an internal team of writers and more than dozen freelancers, the blog publishes two posts per week, each 3,000 words or more. The blog's focus is always on apps, such as Google Sheets, Dropbox and Slack. Some posts offer a thorough tutorial of how to best use an app while other posts put an app into practice for improved productivity, efficiency or effectiveness. All posts have three elements — tell, explain and show — and contain authoritative sources to back up what's offered.

Posts on the Zapier Blog regularly exceed 10,000 unique views and 1,000 of total social shared, many of which come from the 40,000 subscribers to our blog newsletter. Posts have featured by Pocket, highlighted on Lifehacker, hit the top lists of Growth Hackers and made the front page of Hacker News.
