Hi there!

We're looking for someone with a love for SEO and a zeal for conversion rate optimization who can help us 10x returns from our organic search strategy.

We know applying for and taking on a new a job at any company requires a leap of faith. We want you to feel comfortable and excited to apply at Zapier. To help share a bit more about life at Zapier here are a few resources in addition to the job description that can give you an inside look at what life is like at Zapier. Hopefully you'll take the leap of faith and apply.

About You

Planning and execution go hand in hand. You don't just dream up link-building campaigns, HTML source code refactors, and A/B landing page tests—you like implementing them, too.

Reporting helps you improve. You inform your colleagues of what worked or didn't work and why with detailed notes and numbers.

User experience is as important as SEO. You prioritize a site visitor's immediate satisfaction and a customer's long-term success over quick wins.

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are familiar tools. You know how each impacts SEO and you enjoy the technical parts of SEO work, too.

The right tools multiply your impact. You have used services like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog to launch and grow successful marketing initiatives.

Learning gives you satisfaction. You stay up on the latest SEO updates, optimization experiments, and marketing tactics. You continually strive to improve your work.

Action beats inactivity. You identify problems, take ownership and find an effective way to solve them.

About Zapier

For the past four years, Zapier has been helping people across the world automate the boring and tedious parts of their job. We do that by helping everyone connect the web applications they already use.

We believe that there are jobs that a computer is best at doing and that there are jobs that a human is best at doing. We want to empower businesses everywhere to create processes and systems that let computers do what they are best at doing and let humans do what they are best at doing.

We believe that with the right tools, you can have 10X the impact with less work.

We believe in small teams. Small teams are fast and nimble. Small teams mean less bureaucracy and less management and more getting things done.

We believe that customer service is what makes great products. Everyone does support at Zapier because when everyone does support, everyone puts the customer at the center of their role.

We believe that credentials don't say everything. Our CTO has a finance degree. Our CEO has an engineering degree. Our CPO has a mechanical engineering degree. What you love doing is way more important than the credentials you have.
