Intercom Update: Choose Which User Tags Trigger Your Workflows
The tags you create in Intercom help you organize and segment your users. And now, you can kick off Zaps based on certain tags. For example, add a "Beta" tag to a user and automatically invite that user to try out your newest features. Or use a "Bug" tag to create new support tickets for users experiencing a bug. That way, the actions you take after tagging a user are targeted and timely.
