New For Asana: Track Anything with Custom Fields Support, Plus More

Asana empowers you to track anything (and everything) with the addition of custom fields. Custom fields enable you to add additional data to tasks in Asana projects. Field names and values are customizable, so you can create a field for stage, priority, cost, or whatever else is important to your workflow, team, and company.

Now, those custom fields flow right into the Zap editor so you can share that data with the other apps you use. Every Asana trigger in Zapier includes custom fields, so you can copy all the details about every task in your account. You can also now kick off Zaps when new subtasks are added to a project, and when tasks are marked as complete.

What's New with Asana

New Triggers

  • Custom Field Support on All Triggers

  • New Subtask: Triggers when you add a new subtask.

  • New Completed Task in Project: Triggers when a task within a project is marked as completed. Does not trigger on completed subtasks.
