OneNote makes it easier than ever to record notes, images and more across the spectrum of devices available today. The popular Microsoft tool recently added a Mac app, it’s now free and, thanks to the addition of an API, as well, it can now be connected to the over 300 apps on Zapier.

Now no matter what app you’re using to take notes, add tasks or keep an itinerary, that information can be automatically saved to OneNote, too. So whether you’re assigned a new task in Asana or a new issue in GitHub, you can have it automatically saved as a note in OneNote, too. You can also archive Twitter search results or all favorited tweets in OneNote, automation that just take a few clicks to set up.

Here are a few of the possibilities with this integration. For more, see the OneNote Zapbook page.

How to use this integration

  1. Sign in to your OneNote account—make sure you have a Zapier account, too
  2. Connect your OneNote account to Zapier
  3. Check out a few of the pre-made OneNote Zaps or
  4. Start creating your own
