We're excited to announce that our WooCommerce integration has recently received a massive upgrade, including several highly requested new features. Here's a look at everything that's changed—and what it means for you.

New actions

Now, WooCommerce's Zapier integration features a range of actions. You can use Zaps to create new (or update existing) customers, orders, and subscriptions in WooCommerce when events happen in the other apps you use most.

This update also includes support for new data types in WooCommerce, like coupons and products, so you can build Zaps that create or update those, too.

New triggers

WooCommerce Zapier now has three times the number of available triggers, which means you can automate even more of your work and spend less time updating information in WooCommerce manually. With this update, you can trigger Zaps when orders, coupons, customers, products, and subscriptions are created, updated, deleted, or restored in WooCommerce.

Moving to webhooks

As part of this WooCommerce update, all triggers are now Instant triggers that use webhooks. This change means you can now run workflows much more quickly and reduce API calls.

These triggers used to be polling triggers, which meant Zapier periodically checked for new data from the trigger app in order to start your workflow. The polling interval (also called the polling speed or polling time) is how often the trigger looked for new data. This interval varied depending on your subscription plan and could be as often as every minute or as infrequently as every 15 minutes.

Now that these are instant triggers, however, WooCommerce will let Zapier know whenever there's new data. Zaps with Instant triggers are labelled Instant on your dashboard. (Need more info? Read more about the difference between instant triggers and polling triggers.)

Simpler Zap creation

Building WooCommerce Zaps is now easier than ever: You no longer need to create corresponding Zapier Feeds in WooCommerce. You can create your Zap entirely within the Zapier Editor.

Automate your CRM with Zapier's WooCommerce integrations.
