New for Our Zoho Desk Integration: Update a Ticket

Zoho Desk's Zapier integration recently received an update to add a new action: Update a Ticket. This new action means you can keep tickets accurate as you work to resolve them. For example, if a customer contacts you to let you know about a technical problem, you might create an Issue in an app like Jira so your engineering team can work on it. Once the Issue is marked as resolved, Zapier can automatically update the Zoho Desk ticket to reflect the solution. Ticket lifecycles can be complicated; updating them shouldn't be.
