New for Our WooCommerce Integration: Line Item Support

Zapier's WooCommerce integration now offers line item support, which means that you can connect WooCommerce to other apps—like QuickBooks Online and Xero—that use line items. Use this feature to automatically create itemized invoices whenever you have new or updated orders or subscriptions in WooCommerce. Or send your itemized order details to Google Sheets or another database for tracking and analysis.

You'll find line item support in the following triggers:

  • New Order
  • New Order Status Change
  • Subscription Created
  • Subscription Status Changed
  • Subscription Renewal
  • Subscription Renewal Failed

Whenever any of the above events happens in WooCommerce, you can trigger an action involving line items in another app. Look for the Line Items section as you're creating your Zap, and you'll be able to map the line items from WooCommerce directly into your desired app.
