Introducing the New Desk Integrations Directory

Our friends over at Desk.com are getting ready to launch their brand new integrations directory. A big part of that is growing the Desk ecosystem and a big part of that is the Desk integrations through Zapier.

Since they've done some awesome work improving the API we thought we'd give the Desk integration some updates of it's own. So we've added all new action for creating cases which means there are now triggers and actions for new cases, customers and interactions.

What can you do with the new integrations? Some of Zapier user's favorite integrations are:

• Posting Desk cases to HipChat
• Creating MailChimp subscribers from Desk customers
• Creating Pivotal Tracker stories from Desk cases
• Creating Desk cases from Wufoo entries

How to Use This Integration

If you want to use this integration there are just a few things to do.

1. Go over to Desk and signup for a free trial. Make sure to get a Zapier account if you haven't already.
2. Connect your Desk account to Zapier
3. Check out a few of the pre-made Desk Zaps
4. Start creating your own
