New for Intercom: Kick Off Zaps When Conversations Are Closed

The end of a conversation signals the beginning of a relationship. The newest update to Intercom's integration lets you trigger follow-ups from a closed conversation automatically. Add tags to a user, subscribe them to a list, or send the conversation details to any of the 750+ apps on Zapier.

• New Closed Conversation: Triggers when you close a conversation. (Note: The "Reply and close" button won't trigger this. You must reply and then close the conversation separately).
