Your news feed will keep accumulating new items, whether you check them or not. Wait long enough, and they'll get buried. Make sure you know when it's worth stopping to check it by setting up this RSS-Twilio integration. Once you've turned it on, it will trigger whenever a new item is posted to your RSS feed. Zapier will then send you the contents in a Twilio SMS so you know at a glance if you need to read it.

Note: this Zap can also be leveraged into a notification stream for events on multiple apps; create other Zaps that send trigger information to a custom RSS feed, and use that URL to trigger this Zap for the notifications.
