Notwithstanding anything to the contrary on this Order Form, Designated Technical Support is an annual subscription. The offering is described below and does not include implementing or building the Zapier solution. Further, customer agrees that Zapier may access customer's Zapier account and accounts linked to your Zapier account for purposes of performing the Designated Technical Support.

Priority responses

You'll receive priority routing to your named representative and standard Zapier Support.

Recurring check-ins

You can also take advantage of a monthly check-in call with your Support representative, which can be used for workflow consultation, troubleshooting, or other Zapier needs.

Variable term lengths

Designated Technical Support is available for 3- and 6-month terms. At the end of your term, you can renew to continue receiving these services.
