What do I need to prepare for my consultation with a Zapier Expert?
Prior to your meeting, we recommend creating or logging into your Zapier account, and confirm you have your login credentials or account info for:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Any tools where you’re sending leads
- Any tools that capture conversion events (CRM, eCommerce tools, etc).
If you’re able to connect those apps to Zapier ahead of the call, that'll help you and the Zapier Expert get the most value from the hour.
What happens after this consultation?
Zapier will cover the cost for this initial, one-hour call. The goal of the session is to build Zaps that automate your Facebook Lead Ads and/or Conversions app, and to provide clarity on ways Zapier can help your business.
If you’re interested in working with an Expert on other automation goals, you’re welcome to follow up with the Expert who assisted you during your consultation to learn more about the services they can offer. You can also work with anyone else from our certified Zapier Expert directory. It will be your responsibility to discuss your needs with the Expert and come up with an independent arrangement that works for both of you.
What should I expect to happen during the call?
During the call, expect the Expert to ask questions and develop an understanding of the outcomes you’re hoping to achieve by automating with Meta Ads. They will also provide guidance with the goal of successfully building a Zap that automates your use of Facebook Lead Ads and/or Conversions. To achieve this, the Expert may ask you to login to relevant apps, to share workflow or error examples, or to share your screen and walk through the automation process.
Is it possible to have this call in a language other than English?
Currently, no. We are only able to offer these free consultations with Zapier Experts in English.

If you want to opt-out or don’t provide explicit consent at the beginning of the Zoom meeting, we won't record the session.
What do I do if I need to cancel or reschedule?
To cancel or reschedule your consultation, find the invite on your calendar or in your email. Near the bottom of the event, you’ll see a note asking “Need to make changes to this event?” Just below that are two links — one for canceling and one for rescheduling. Click the appropriate link and follow the steps for your consultation.

My company requires an NDA signed by the Expert prior to the meeting. What should I do?
Experts are under confidentiality obligations to Zapier and won’t be sharing your information with others. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to support entering into further NDAs at this time.
Can I include other people in the call?
Definitely! We’d just ask that the audience stay relevant to your Meta Ads use cases and successful creation of automations for that app. If they’re available, including your Meta contact or rep may also be helpful.
