Custom error notifications

Create custom notification rules for each Zap, so you can ensure business-critical workflows keep operating smoothly.

How do I customize error notifications?

  1. From your Zap history, click Error notification settings.
  2. On the Error notification settings page, click Create notification rule
  3. In the Create a new notification rule pop-up modal, select the Zap you'd like to set a notification rule for, and choose the frequency for receiving email notifications—immediately, with an hourly summary, or never. 
  4. Click Save notification rule


You're all set! While you're at it, feel free to create a default notification rule for all other Zap and account errors from the Error notifications settings page. 


Note: You can also navigate to the Error notification settings page from Settings, the Zaps page, or the link at the bottom of every error notification email.
