Every time your bot runs a behavior or instant action, we count that as an activity. Each run counts as one activity, no matter how many steps you use in the run. What is an activity?

If you have a Team account on Zapier, your team shares a pool of Central activities. For example, if you upgrade to a Premium plan for Central, you can run up to 1,500 activities across all the bots your team creates.

How are activities counted for Zapier Team accounts?

Not out of the box. Central doesn't currently support app and action restrictions that may be in place on an Enterprise account. If you’re on an Enterprise plan and would like to use Central, please <a href="https://central.zapier.app/contact-us" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">reach out to us</a>.

Can I use Central with my Zapier Enterprise account?

How do I improve the reliability of AI bots?

That’s because of non-determinism. That’s the fancy term describing why AI bots will reply with different, but likely similar, answers to the same question. It’s a feature that’s core to Large Language Models (LLMs), and what makes LLMs different from computers, which will do the same thing every single time. It’s not a bug, it’s a feature!

Why don’t I get the same outcome from AI every time?

Central bots can only take actions in the apps you’ve connected and use the triggers and actions you’ve set up. When configuring a behavior trigger or action field in Central, you can have the bot always use the same value, pick from a specific set of values, have it guess the value, or not set any value. To provide additional control, you can add more details to your behavior instructions.For example, if you want your bot to always send a direct message to you in Slack, select yourself in the "To username" field, but leave the "Message" field selection as "Have AI generate a value for this field" so your bot can send a custom message every time.

What app actions can bots perform on my behalf?

Anyone can try Central for free today by going to central.zapier.com and logging in with your Zapier account. You can also sign up for a free Zapier account if you don’t already have one.<a href="/sign-up" rel="noopener noreferrer">Sign up now.</a>

How can I get access to Central?

Central is currently in Beta, which means that the pricing model may change in the future. If we make changes to our pricing model, we'll communicate the changes to existing customers, so you won't get any surprise bills.
