Pay by invoice
Zapier offers an invoicing option for customers on an annual Team or Enterprise plan. Eligibility depends on the plan version and the task usage.
How to pay by invoice
Request payment by invoice by filling out this form (also embedded below). Once you complete the form, our team will review the request and reply within a few days.
- If you have an existing annual Team or Enterprise subscription, we will need to wait until your subscription is up for renewal before converting you to manual invoicing.
- If you pay by invoice, you will not be able to change plans from within Zapier (if you try to change plans, you will receive an error message). Instead, please complete the pay-by-invoice form to request changes.
- If you downgrade to another plan, you will lose the ability to pay by invoice.
- We only support invoicing in USD, and we currently do not support refunds for invoice-based payments.
