The process for new customers to receive a quote was time-intensive. The team had to manually fill out the request form, schedule a home visit, and calculate project costs.

Solution

A completed request form triggers a Zap that automatically adds the new opportunity to their CRM, assigns a sales rep based on zip code, and saves images from the form to a new Google Drive folder.

Results
