New for QuickBooks Online: Create Payments and More Detailed Bills

Being specific helps your customers to know exactly what you are charging them for. The latest update to QuickBook's integration lets you create bills with even more of the nitty gritty details you need to your bills, like line item descriptions, reference numbers, tax fields, and more. Plus, you can now use Zaps to create payments and more fields have been added to the Create Customer Action.

What's New with QuickBooks Online

New Actions

• Create Payment: Creates a new payment, optionally linked to an invoice.
• Create Bill with Line Item Support: Create a new bill, optionally tied to a customer (with line item support).

New Options for Actions

• More tax fields available when using Zaps to create bills
• More fields added to the Create Customer Action
• You can now create more robust bills in QBO by specifying:
  • Description of the line item
  • AP account to which the bill is credited
  • Reference number of the bill
  • Reference to the class associated with the expense
