Updates for Close.io: A More Powerful Integration with 13 New Triggers and Actions

The updates include multiple new Actions allowing you to do more in Close.io automatically. You can now create an email or a new SMS in Close.io from Triggers, or events, in your other tools (such a new lead, new email or submission to a form). If someone submits their information to your lead magnet twice, not a problem. You can automatically merge two leads ensuring you don’t have duplicate information in your database. You can also delete logged calls automatically. Monitor all of this activity by automatically running activity reports with advanced formatting fields so you and the team can stay on top of business activities without any additional work.

You can also use Triggers within Close.io to ignite workflows in your other go-to apps. Now, When a new opportunity changes status, you can kick off Actions in your other apps. Pass details about contact names, notes, and users to your other tools. You can also kick off workflows from new notes in Close.io. Your marketing funnel has never been more complete or tighter.

Finally, this update greatly expands your ability to automatically make updates in Close.io. Now you can automatically update opportunities, tasks, notes, contacts and calls when things change in your other apps.
