Updates for HubSpot CRM: Trigger Zaps from New Deals in Stages, New Companies, Plus More
If your company lives and breathes in HubSpot CRM, then you’ll love the new updates to this integration.
Adding new functionality, you can do more with a contact’s company information in HubSpot. Now automatically create companies within HubSpot CRM from information in your other apps using a new Create Company Action. For example, if you’re collecting and surveying leads in other tools, pass information about where they work to HubSpot where it’s easily searchable, shared and accessible by all team members. You can also trigger workflows in your other apps when companies are created in HubSpot.
You can also trigger a workflow when a new deal enters a stage allowing you to nurture leads with email sequences, alert your team, create tasks and more. Enhancing functionality on deals, you can also now associate multiple contacts with a deal where previously you had to select just one person. You can also link deals to a company giving you a better perspective of what’s going on within HubSpot CRM.
