New for QuickBooks Online: Send Invoices with Zaps, Plus More Fields for New Invoices, Customers, and Sales Receipts
With the most recent updates to Zapier's QuickBooks Online integration, there are now even more ways to automate your accounting workflows. Now you can use the data from any of your other apps to send invoices automatically. Plus, there are now more options when creating new invoices, customers, and sales receipts via Zapier. With the tedious work taken care of, you can spend more time building relationships with your clients, and less time on the paperwork.
What's New with QuickBooks Online
New Action
- Send Invoice: Sends an existing invoice.
New Options
- When using the Create Invoice Action, you can now fill in class, location, a line item/product field, currency ref type, line item price field, a taxes field, and mark the created action as paid.
- When using the Create Customer Action, you can now specify the country and multiple addresses, currency, and fill in the Display Name.
- When using the Create Sales Receipt Action, you can now choose to email the sales receipt to the customer, specify the payment method, include a discount, specify "income amount", fill in billing/shipping address, payment method, payment reference number, and class.
